Making an Appointment

To book an appointment, please select the practitioner you would like to book your appointment with and then select the appointment type. If you’re not sure what appointment you require, feel free to get in touch with us. Once you’ve selected this, choose a date and time to suit you and then it will allow you to make a payment to confirm the booking. You’ll receive an email confirmation from our booking software (Rehab Guru) with all the details on. For more details on each practitioner, please see the About page.

Rearranging your Appointment

If, once you have booked and paid for an appointment, you need to rearrange it, please contact your therapist who will be happy to help. Alternatively email info@excelsportsclinic.co.uk or call/text 07562 981115.

Cancellations

We do operate a cancellation policy which is as follows:

Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment – 100% of the fee.

Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment – 50% of the fee.
